Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order, up to 3 days prior. However, 30% of the total price is a non-refundable retainer fee. If you cancel within 3 days or less, a refund will not be issued. You may reschedule your cake for another date up to 60 days. All rescheduling are limited to no earlier than a week (7 days) after your initial booking appointment (date). However, the 30% retainer fee will be lost if rescheduled within 60 days. Your phone number will be used exclusively to send you messages you have opted to receive based on your consent. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
